MOVEMENT: Parent + Me Classes

Mondays 4:30pm-5:00pm

These 30-minute classes are designed to be done as a duo - so you and your child (aged 4-7) will be participating as a team for the full class. Invest in time together to strengthen your bond through physical touch and promote open-dialogue and understanding through check-ins.
